KTUJM to Host Second Convocation

Kushabhau Thakre University of Journalism & Mass communication, Raipur is going to organize its Second Convocation ceremony on 16th April 2016.

KTUJM well known as "First Media Gurukul of India" is developing professionals with social values and National commitment for a better tomorrow.

In this convocation, University will honour 22 Alumni with gold medal.

The University released the notification on Convocation last month on their Website. For participating in the Convocation the University invites the applications of alumni of University passed in 2013,2014 & 2015. The students who want to be a part of this ceremony have to inform the University Administration before 31st March.

Along with the application form the students need to submit the Convocation fees of Rs.700 in cash or in the form of Demand draft in the favour of Registrar of Kushabhau Thakre University of Journalism & Mass communication. The students who are going to be felicitated with gold medal have to give an additional fees of Rs.250.

Vice chancellor of KTUJM Dr. MS Parmar along Chhattisgarh Governor Mr. Balramji Das Tondon will officiate the Convocation ceremony. This year University will felicitate Doctorate, Master of Philosophy, Postgraduate, Under Graduate degrees with gold medals to the toppers of all courses.

University Alumni of all six departments Journalism, Advertizing & Public relations, Mass communication, Social Work, MBA, Electronic Media will be conferred with four gold medals each. The Alumni of Affiliated colleges will be awarded with three gold medals each.

Various students of KTUJM are associated with reputed media organizations. Electronic Media department has three gold medalists of 2013,2014 & 2015 batch.
