KVS Recruitment 2025 Registered candidates can now choose both KVS and NVS, portal closing tonight: As per the latest notice, the authority has provided an additional opportunity for candidates who have already completed their KVS Recruitment 2025 application process to apply for both KVS and NVS posts. The application portal will remain open until 11:59 PM today, December 15. Earlier, the separate registration windows for KVS and NVS had closed on December 11. This facility is strictly applicable only to candidates who are already registered. For ease of access, a direct application link has been shared below. Candidates must log in using their registration number, which begins with 2598, along with their password. If a candidate has forgotten their registration number, it can be retrieved by entering details such as the candidate’s name, parent’s name, and date of birth.

If a candidate applies for the same post in both KVS and NVS, only a single application fee is required to be paid. Candidates belonging to the SC, ST, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen categories are exempted from paying the examination fee; however, all applicants must pay a processing fee of Rs 500 . Any applicable GST will be charged separately by the bank.
The fee must be paid online through debit card, credit card, or net banking using the online payment gateway. In the case of net banking, an unsuccessful status means the transaction was incomplete, and the fee must be paid again. Payments made through any other mode such as money order, demand draft, or IPO will not be accepted. Candidates are not required to send a hard copy of the confirmation page to CBSE, KVS, or NVS. However, they are advised to keep a printed copy of the application form for future reference.
