RGUKT AP counselling 2025 certificate verification process will start on June 30, 2025. Candidates should carry both a photocopy and the original of the list of required documents to the reporting centre.
List of Certificates required for RGUKT AP Counselling 2025: The Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies, Andhra Pradesh, will release the RGUKT AP merit list 2025 on June 23, 2025. After that, the authority will start the certificate verification process on June 30, 2025, for the selected candidates. As per the official notice, the candidates selected for RGUKT, Nuzvid Campus, RK Valley Campus, Ongole Campus, and Srikakulam Campus should report to their respective campuses. The last date of the RGUKT AP certificate verification process to Nuzvid Campus and RK Valley Campus is June 30, 2025; whereas the last date for certificate verification to Ongole Campus and Srikakulam Campus will take place from July 2 to 3 and July 4 to 5, 2025, respectively.

List of Certificates required for RGUKT AP Counselling 2025
During the certificate verification process, the selected candidates should carry a photocopy of the following list of documents along with the original documents.
SSC/Equivalent marks sheet issued by the respective boards
Proof of caste/community certificate (SC/ST/BC) in the prescribed proforma (if applicable)
The latest income certificate, issued in the year 2025
Latest EWS certificate (not earlier than 2024) issued by the competent authority if the candidates claim reservation for this category
Physically Handicapped (PH) certificate in the prescribed proforma if the candidates claim reservation for this category
Children of Armed Forces (CAP) certificate in the prescribed proforma if the candidates claim reservation for this category
Sports certificate(s) at the level of inter-state or above, if the candidates claim reservation for this category
NCC certificate by those claiming reservation
Bharat Scouts and Guides with relevant certificates
Note that if the candidates fail to submit the relevant certificates at the time of counselling, then their candidature will not be considered for admission. Also, the candidates should complete the certificate verification process in person.
