MP NEET PG Counselling 2025 First Allotment Out; Report to colleges by December 12

MP NEET PG Counselling 2025 First Allotment: The Directorate of Medical Education (DME) will release the MP NEET PG counselling first allotment result 2025 on December 7, 2025 . To check out the MP NEET PG first seat allotment result, the candidates should visit the official website- dme.mponline.gov.in and click on the “First round allotment list” link available on the latest instruction section on the homepage. Along with the first round allotment list, the authority has also released the college-wise opening and closing ranks. Both allotment lists are available in the PDF format.

Candidates who have been allotted seats via the MP NEET PG counselling seat allotment process as per their first preferences should complete the reporting process to the allotted colleges in person between December 8 to 12, 2025 (till 6 PM). During the reporting process, the candidates should also need to verify the uploaded documents and complete the admission process before December 12, 2025.

On the other hand, if the candidates are not satisfied with the round 1 allotment, then they can upgrade their allotted seats, and for the same, they should exercise the options for the second round between December 8 to 12, 2025. Note that already participated candidates do not need to participate in the round 2 fresh registration process.
