National PG College to Have Online Exams

National PG College, Lucknow, has decided to conduct the online internal examination at Post Graduate(PG) level from the new academic session. After conducting online internal examination at the graduate level last year, National PG College has decided to implement this at PostGraduation (PG) level too.

According to the reports, there will be 50 multiple choice questions in one hour during the online internal PG exams. Principal S P Singh said “Last year's experiment helped in speeding up the evaluation process as results were available soon after the tests," He said it also helped in conducting an examination in a fair manner as every student had a different set of questions.

He also said that by this kind of examination process of online test practice students will get prepared for competitive examinations as most of them are online today.

National Post Graduate College, established in the year 1974 by the Chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, late Shri Chandra Bhanu Gupta. The College is situated on the bank of river Gomti. The college has lush green surroundings. National Post Graduate College is The only autonomous college of Lucknow University.The College offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Arts and Commerce faculties and undergraduate courses in Science and Computer faculties.

The college has well-equipped Laboratories in all the faculties.The Library well arranged and beside textbooks latest edition of reference books are available , Journals and other papers are continuously being added to the research section.

Last year college tried online exams for UG classes and riding on the success of those examinations they have decided to bring online examination process for PG classes too.
