NBEMS NEET SS 2025: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has issued detailed NEET SS 2025 Image Upload Instructions as part of the NEET SS 2025 online application form. Aspirants should carefully follow these guidelines when filling out the application form to avoid rejection. As per the notice, there are three images that are mandatory to upload: a recent passport-size photograph, signature, and left thumb impression. All the said images should adhere to the NEET SS 2025 guidelines.
The photograph should be a recent front-facing photograph, taken on a plain white background, without wearing spectacles, and the applicant should have a neutral expression. The image must be in JPG/JPEG format and should not exceed the size limit specified. Informal photographs like selfies, group photos are not allowed. The signature and left thumb impression are to be made on a plain white sheet using blue/black ink. Images that have been scanned should be well-focused, uniformly illuminated, and not have any shadows or specks of dust. Any image that does not comply with these criteria or is badly cropped or fuzzy will be considered “poor quality”.

Submit the form and track the dates for the selective edit window to correct any deficiencies if flagged.
Since the uploaded photo, signature, and thumb impression are used for validation of identity at various levels, such as during registration and admit card generation, and at the time of examination and counselling, candidates are recommended to be over-cautious and perfect in these aspects.
