- Go to UG Medical Counselling
- Click on Candidate Activities — New Registration
- Log in by entering NEET UG 2025 roll number and password
- Fill the registration form with personal & academic details
- Make the payment of the counselling fee online
- Upload scanned copies of the required documents (NEET scorecard, 10th & 12th certificates, ID proof, photos, etc) and submit
- Lock your preferred Colleges and Course choices before the given deadline.
