NEET UG Stray Vacancy Counselling 2025 Revised Dates Out: Check schedule for choice filling, seat allotment
For MBBS and BDS admissions, MCC has released the NEET UG Stray Vacancy Counselling 2025 Revised Dates on the official website. Due to delay in the announcement of Round 3 allotment result, the reporting dates have been extended. Therefore, the stray round counselling will now start on November 4, 2025.
NEET UG Stray Vacancy Counselling 2025 : The Medical Counselling Committee has announced the revised schedule for the NEET UG Stray Vacancy Round Counselling on its official website mcc.nic.in. Earlier, the Round 3 seat allotment result was expected to be released on October 18, 2025, but it has now been rescheduled to October 23, 2025. As a result, the reporting deadlines have been extended, leading to changes in the stray vacancy counselling timeline as well.
If any seats remain vacant in the participating colleges after the completion of Round 3 counselling, the MCC will conduct the NEET UG Stray Vacancy Counselling to fill those seats. This process will begin on November 4, 2025, with the verification of the tentative seat matrix. Candidates who wish to secure a seat through this round and have not participated in earlier rounds must complete their registration by November 9, 2025 (up to 11:59 AM).

Note that if a candidate is allotted a seat during the NEET UG stray vacancy round, they are required to join the allotted college without fail. Failure to do so will lead to the forfeiture of their security deposit, and they will be deemed ineligible to participate in any subsequent counselling rounds. Furthermore, candidates who have already secured a seat under either the Central or State quota will not be considered for the All India Stray Vacancy Round.
