In case of emergencies, an authorized person can attend the physical document verification on behalf of the candidate with an authorization letter. To participate in Odisha NEET PG Counselling 2025 process, candidates need to deposit the counselling fee and submit self-attested copies of documents along with the originals. Only after successful verification of documents and online grievance redressal will the candidate's name appear in the merit list. Candidates who fail to attend document verification on the scheduled dates will not be included in the merit list and will not be able to participate in the choice lock and subsequent counselling process.
