The OJEE Round 2 Seat Allotment 2025 has been released by the authority on July 23, 2025. The online self-reporting & fee payment window will remain open for all allotted aspirants till July 26, 2025.
OJEE Round 2 Seat Allotment 2025 Download Link Activated: The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Board (OJEEB) has officially activated the second seat allotment download link for OJEE Counselling 2025 on July 23. Registered candidates, using their login credentials, can now check and download their allotment status through their registered account at ojee.nic.in . Candidates who participated in OJEE counselling have been allotted seats based on their rank and choices filled for admission during the application process. After reviewing the allotment status, online self-reporting needs to be done by the aspirants on or before July 26, 2025. During this timeline, seat acceptance fee payment and uploading of documents are also required from aspirants.
Following the release of allotment, aspirants who have secured a seat are required to choose one of the following options- Freeze/Float, for their allotment. Failing to complete the admission process before the deadline will lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.

After reviewing the allotment, aspirants need to follow the steps below:To confirm their seat at the allotted college, candidates should provide documents of eligibility required for the course.
They need to upload the original documents, verified and submit a copy of all the documents online.
Also, make part admission fee payment, which is INR 10,000 for the General category and INR 5,000 for SC/ST/PC categories.
After this, candidates are issued a final seat allotment letter with the college name, course, and other relevant information.
After document verification, candidates need to report to the allotted colleges and submit documents and pay the remaining admission fee after the final allotment round.
