People-Development Center (SUK)'organized free for all category

Shivaji University is all set to organise a'People-Development Center' for students of 12th and 10th classes interested in basic research. This program will be executed free of charge throughout the year, starting every Wednesday between 3:00 pm - 4.30 pm in the office of the Centre for Development. University professors with massive research experience will teach students under this programme.

In this program, the University 'biochemist' section will guide you about the professor Dr.Prof.Akallpita Arvindkar diseases diabetes research.

'Kitchen Garden' Training for the new batch

Under the 'People Development Centre', Kitchen Garden training will also be made available to the students for a period of four months. The class will take place every Thursday from April 7, 2016 between 1:00 pm- 3:00 pm at the center of development. The lectures will be given about soil management, water management.

"People-Development Center ' has started various programs for all students in the classroom and for other people. This will benefit all categories of people. Employment and business opportunities will be created."

About Shivaji University: Shivaji University, established in 1962, is named after the Great Maratha Warrior and founder of the Maratha empire Chhatrapati Shivaji. It was inaugurated on 18th November, 1962 by Dr. Radhakrishnan, the then President of India.
