RGUKT AP Counselling 2023: List of documents required for certificate verification
RGUKT AP counselling document verification process will be started on July 20, 2023. Candidates should carry the list of required documents to the reporting process, otherwise, the admission will not be completed.
Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge and Technologies will commence the RGUKT AP counselling document verification process from July 20 to July 25, 2023. The candidates who have been selected should bring certain documents along with the call letter to the reporting process. Candidates should carry their original certificates/ documents in the counselling process. Note, if the candidates will fail to produce the relevant certificates during the time of counselling, then they will not be considered for admission.
RGUKT AP Counselling 2023: List of documents required
As per the notification, the candidates should carry five photocopy sets of the below-highlighted documents along with the original ones during the time of admission counselling.
- SSC/ Equivalent mark sheet released by the respective board
- Proof of caste/ community certificate (SC/ ST/ BC) as per the prescribed proforma by the claiming reservation under any of the categories
- Latest EWS certificate (not earlier than 2022) issued by the competent authority by the claiming reservation under the EWS category
- Physically Handicapped certificate in the prescribed proforma by the claiming reservation under this category
- Children of Armed Forces (CAP) certificate as per the prescribed proforma by the claiming reservation under the category
- NCC Certificate by the claiming reservation under the category
- Sports certificate(s) of inter-state level and the above by claiming the reservation under the category
- Bharat scouts and guides with all the necessary documents
Note, the certificates for verification of candidates (belonging to the special categories like PH, CAP, NCC, Sports and Bharat Scouts) will be held at RGUKT- Nuzvid campus on the prescribed dates. The reporting time to the counselling centre is at 8 am.
