Selection & Counselling Process after Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BHMS)

The Education Board of Jharkhand conducts Combined Entrance Competitive Examination for the admission to BHMS course. The candidates can check the detailed selection and counselling process here.

Selection Process: -

• The selection of the candidates to BHMS course will be based on the score they secure in the entrance examination.
• A separate Combined Merit List and Category-Wise Merit List will be prepared.

Counselling Process: -

• Counselling process starts only after the declaration of both merit lists.
• The entire counselling process will take place in online mode.
• The candidates need to check the merit list and exercise the options.
• The candidates will be allotted seats based on the rank and merit list.
• If there are any vacant seats after the first round of counselling, second round of counselling will be conducted to fill up the vacant seats.
• Usually, the counselling process will take in the month of July or August.
