SSC Stenographer exam is organised by the SSC or Staff Selection Commission to shortlist candidates for the post of Stenographer Grade C and D in different departments of the central government. This is a national-level competitive examination, which comprises of multiple choice questions. A candidate who wants to take this exam will have to first apply and fulfill the eligibility criteria. Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is a computer-based exam conducted over a period of 3-4 days. The exam was conducted from February 5 to 8, 2019.

The last date for submitting the application form for SSC Stenographer 2018 exam was 19th November 2018 until 5 pm. Out of 4,36,910 candidates who registered, 1,85,357 (42.43%) actually appeared in the examination.
SSC Stenographer 2018 Admit Card Date
SSC Stenographer admit card was released online on the official website of SSC. Only those who successfully filled the application forms were able to download their admit cards.
SSC Stenographer 2018 Exam Dates
The exam dates for SSC Stenographer 2018 were from 5th February to 8th February 2019. The exam was organised at 208 venues in 107 cities across the country.
