ITM broke the myth of Chef’s job as a glamorous job and gave the students a unique opportunity to step into the chef shoes. When they wore the cap of chef for one day the non-professionals experienced working under constant pressure to deliver the food on time without sacrificing quality, standing on feet for long hours, enduring cuts and burns, and working in heat, smokes and fumes.
The celebration witnessed participation from staff, faculty and MBA students where they tried their hand at cooking using different spices and kitchen equipment to promote the practice of healthy eating.
A healthy Chef competition organized by food and beverage team and BAICA culinary students under the guidance of chef of Radisson blue hotel was the high light of the event where the dishes prepared by contestants not only stands supreme in taste but also in quality . The chefs appraised the creativity among staff, faculties and all other students. The student were divided to teams. The name given for the team like paneer gold coin, apple kheer and Dal pitta were mouthwatering.

ITM - Institute of Hotel Management, founded in the year 2002 has been a decade old and has been creating a revolution by training students in the field of Hospitality Management.
