Super 30 Founder Anand Kumar to be Honoured with Golden Education Award

Anand Kumar, Founder of Super 30 will be awarded for outstanding contribution to the field of education and for illuminating the lives of many meritorious students. He will be awarded the Global Education Award on 8th November 2018 by Malabar Gold and Diamonds.

P A Ibrahim Haji, Co-Chairman Malabar Group said that it is a moment of pride of for them to honour Mr. Anand Kumar for his contribution in the field of education which has indeed been pioneering.

He further informed that a 12-member jury shortlisted Kumar from a list which has 100 more names of people working in the field of education. What makes Kumar stand out of everyone else is that he has trained hundreds of students and most of them are first generation learners.

Through Super 30, Anand Kumar has brought a generational change in the lives of many students and he has become an inspiration for the poor who wishes to pursue higher education but are unable to do so because of poverty. This initiative has transformed their lives.

Anand is a well-known mathematician who started Super 30 and is known for training students from background to crack the IIT entrance exams. Till now, more than 500 students have made it to IITs across the since it was established in 2002.
