For OC, BC, SC, and ST, TS ECET Qualifying marks 2025 have been officially announced. No qualifying marks have been set for SC and ST categories.
TS ECET Qualifying Marks 2025: The TSCHE has published the TS ECET qualifying marks 2025 on the official website- tgecet.nic.in. Candidates should obtain the TS ECET minimum qualifying score to pass for the exam and also to participate in the TS ECET counselling process. Before releasing the TS ECET 2025 result, the candidates can check out the TS ECET qualifying marks for the categories here.
Note that the TS ECET qualifying marks are not the closing ranks, which will be released by the participating colleges after each round of counselling. In turn, the candidates who will obtain more than the TS ECET minimum qualifying marks, the chances of securing a seat in the colleges will be more.

Along with the TS ECET result, the authority will also release a merit list, based on the marks obtained and rank secured for all the qualified students in the TS ECET 2025 exam. Though 25% marks is the passing marks, however, experts analyse that the candidates who will get 55 or below marks in the TS ECET exam, will be considered as a poor score. They can only participate in the TS ECET counselling process. However, it will be difficult to secure a seat at any of the top tier or mid-tier colleges for pursuing B.Tech with this low score. On the contrary, candidates who will obtain more than or equal to 130 marks in the TS ECET exam, can expect to get admission in any of the top listed engineering colleges and continue their future studies with any of the highly preferred subjects such as CSE or ECE.
