UoH has scored 56.2 out of 100 points on various parameters. As per the 2016 subject-wise QS World University Rankings which has 42 subjects in their list, theEnglish departmentof the University of Hyderabad is inworld’s top 200-250 English departments.
TheChemistry departmentis among the top300-350 and scored 58.8 on a scale of 100.
The University’sPhysics departmentscored56.3and was ranked among thetop 300-350 in the world.
In India, only UoH’s English department is in the list. For Chemistry,Banaras Hindu Universityand theUniversityof Delhiare the only two universities other than University of Hyderabad that have been featured on the list.
