UPSEE Counseling to Begin from June 24

Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University Central Examination Committee met on Friday. It was decided that the online counseling for State entrance examination (SEE) will take place from June 24 to July 17.

The results will be released. VC were present at the meeting, including officials of SEE. The remaining seats will be fillled by spot counseling, while the spot counseling process has not been decided yet.

UPSEE's coordinator Kailash Narayan said that results will be released till May 30. All the officials including VC were present at the meeting. Earlier, the AKTU conducted UPSEE 2016, on 17 April 2016. The entire exam was held in offline mode and candidates were required to mark their answers on an OMR sheet.

For Counselling, candidates belonging to all the categories will be allocated seat. UPSEE counselling for the SEE qualifiers will be held in two Phases. For JEE Main qualifiers, the counselling will begin in 2nd week of July 2016.

Two more round of UPSEE 2016 counselling will also be held, after the conclusion of counselling for JEE Main 2016 qualifiers. These rounds will be held exclusively for the intake of SC and ST qualifiers of UPSEE 2016.
