UPTAC Round 1 Choice Filling 2025 for B.Tech to begin on July 24: Important instructions
For B.Tech admissions, UPTAC Round 1 Choice Filling 2025 will begin on July 24, and end on July 28. Candidates must lock their preferences to be considered for the following rounds.
UPTAC Round 1 Choice Filling 2025 : Dr. Abdul Kalam Technical University will initiate UPTAC Round 1 Choice Filling for B.Tech 2025 on July 24. Once the option form is released, candidates will be able to access it on uptac.admissions.in . To access the option form, candidates will be required to log in to their portal using their CUET UG application number, password, and the security pin displayed on the screen. The deadline for filling and locking preferences is July 28, 2025.
Candidates are advised to check the availability of seats in participating colleges and shortlist their preferences for course and college accordingly. They should rearrange their priorities in descending order, ensuring that they are allocated seats based on their highest preference. Following this process, the seat allotment for JEE candidates is scheduled to be released on July 30, 2025.

Instruction 6 | Candidates must recheck all the details and freeze their options, as the options will not be auto-saved. |
Instruction 7 | If the options are not frozen, they will not be recorded, and consequently, seat allotment will not be provided to the candidates. |
