WBJEE 2025 Allotment Result 2025 : The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board will release WBJEE 2025 Allotment Result on September 3. This allotment will be determined by the candidates' preferences, seat availability in participating colleges, and their performance in the qualifying examination. Candidates can check their seat allotment status at wbjeeb.nic.in by logging in with their WBJEE roll number, password, and security pin. Candidates need to download their seat allotment details for future reference.
Following the seat allotment, candidates must indicate their willingness regarding their allotted seat by choosing one of three options: Freeze, Upgrade, or Quit. The Freeze option signifies that the candidate is satisfied with the allotted seat and wishes to secure admission. The Upgrade option allows candidates to secure a better allocation in Round 2 while retaining the option to accept the Round 1 allotment if a better seat is not available. The Quit option indicates the candidate's decision to withdraw from the counselling process.
Candidates who opt to freeze their seat or accept the allotted seat must pay the seat acceptance fee and proceed to the designated college for offline document verification and admission between September 3 and 7, 2025.
Specific conditions apply to candidates who receive allotment according to their first preference; they will not have the option to upgrade their choice and must take admission in the allotted college. Failure to report online or offline will result in seat cancellation, and the seat will be offered to another candidate during Round 2 counselling.
