XLRI Announces Admissions to Virtual Interactive Learning (VIL) Programmes for Business Management & HRM
The Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) invites application from the candidates for its- Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM) Postgraduate Certificate in Business Management (PGCBM)
Applications are invited from the candidates to pursue PGCBM & PGCHRM Programmes at Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) , Jamshedpur. The duration of both the courses is one year.Both the courses will be delivered in the Virtual Interactive Learning (VIL) mode.
Details of courses are:
- Postgraduate Certificate in Business Management (PGCBM)
- Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM)
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates applying for the programme must have a graduate degree
- They also must have minimum of two years work experience
How to Apply:
Candidates are required to apply online for getting admission into the postgraduate certificate course of the VIL programme. Candidates are not required to submit the hard copy . They have to carry out the hard copy of the application form at the time of interview to their respective interview centres, for submissions.

Course Fees:
The course fee for both the programmes is Rs. 2, 25,000/. The fees have to pay through five installments. However, XLRI provides special discounts for corporate sponsorships as well.
Selection Procedure:
The candidates will be selected on the basis of an interview. The classes will be conducted across 40 study centers in India through VCNow’s Video Conference based Virtual Classroom platform. The duration of the VIL program is one year in which, students will need to stay at the XLRI Jamshedpur campus for five days. The Certification along with Alumni status will be awarded at the full-fledged formal Graduation Ceremony at XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Other Requirements:
Every candidate has to carry their own laptop, 3G net connecting dongle throughout the entire programme for writing, assignment, tests, corresponding with faculty, Travel Allowances (TA) etc.
Important Dates:
The last date to fill the online application forms is 10th October.
The list of shortlisted candidates will be released on 21st October.
Interviews will be conducted from 2nd November to 12th November.
The final list of the selected candidates will be released on 15th November.
