Anna University May Exam 2024 Postponed: Anna University has postponed the exam dates for the May semester in 2024 up to June 6. The university was about to conduct the semester exams for engineering courses on May 15. However, the examination schedule has been changed due to the election commission using the venues for keeping Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs). Anna University has shared the update for the change of the May Exam Schedule through a brief press release. The candidates will be able to check the revised timetable soon on the official website.
Anna University May Semester Exams 2024 Postponed: Revised Dates
As per the press release by the Controller of Examinations at Anna University, it has been stated that the main campus of the university in Chennai and its affiliated colleges are being used by the Election Commission of India to keep EVMs until the date of counting. Therefore, the end-semester theory exams of non-autonomous affiliated engineering colleges are postponed to June 2024. Check the revised dates in the table given below:

As per the official announcement, Anna University Chennai will conduct the semester-end examinations for engineering colleges in the next month. According to the circular, the Controller for Examination shared, “The revised timetable of the examinations will be informed in due course”. The university will share the subject-wise timetable for each college individually. Anna University has also urged the colleges to inform their students about the postponement of examination immediately.
