Candidates can make the payment towards the processing fee and slot booking for verification of certificates fromMay 27 to 31, 2026, through the official portal for counselling TG POLYCET Counselling Portal. Counselling will consist of processes like certificate verification, web options filling, seat allocation, and self-reporting of allocated candidates.

Candidates can follow the steps below to complete the counselling registration fee payment -

Slot Booking and Certificate Verification Details
Once the fee submission process is complete, candidates need to book a slot and select a Help Line Centre (HLC), date, and time for certificate verification. Special category candidates like NCC, PHC, CAP, Sports, and Anglo-Indian candidates should be processed only at the HLC of Government Polytechnic Masab Tank. Candidates from the Quli-Qutub-Shahi Urban Development Area who are aspiring for admission to QQ Government Polytechnic must undergo verification at Q.Q. Government Polytechnic Chandulal Baradari.
All those appearing for certificate verification should have their originals together with Xerox copies. Qualified candidates will be in a position to use web options for seat allotment. Provisional first-phase seat allotment will be announced byJune 6, 2026.
