AP DEECET Results Out in a Week

The Andhra Pradesh DEECET – 2016 examination concluded on 19-May-2016. The DEECT is an entrance test conducted for the admission into Diploma in Education Course at various D.Ed colleges of Andhra Pradesh. This year the examination was conducted in online mode for the first time.

Convener of AP DEECT, Mrs. Parvathi said, “The online mode of examination received a good response and was very easy. The results of DEECET will be out by next week as the valuation of marks is very easy due to online mode of examination. A complaint box was arranged at all the examination centers to know whether any student faced difficulty. The government is planning to commence classes for D.Ed students on 15-June-2016. The government has been already making necessary arrangements for the declaration of results and counselling. All the D.Ed colleges are directed to fill the ‘B’ Category seats only with the candidates who secured ranks in DEECET. The candidates who did not appear for DEECT – 2016 can get seats at various D.Ed colleges under management quota”.

Mrs. Parvathi inspected the examination centers on 19-May-2016 at Prakasham District and expressed satisfaction towards the arrangements made by the district authorities.
