Eligible candidates include those who opted for seat upgradation, those who were not allotted a seat in the previous round, as well as applicants who did not participate in the first phase of counselling.

Once a seat is allotted, candidates are required to download both the tuition fee payment receipt and the joining report directly from the portal. It is important to note that the tuition fee must be paid online only. Following the fee payment, candidates must physically report to the allotted college between September 11 and September 13, 2025.
