Application Process of LPU NEST 2016 for MBA to Conclude on August 10

Lovely Professional University has invited applicants for LPU NEST (National Entrance and Scholarship Test) for admission to the courses it offers. The window will close on August 10, 2016. For students who are looking for scholarships can benefit from the entrance tests as students who perform well in the test are offered scholarships by the university.

Eligibility Criteria:

• The candidate must have secured a minimum 50% aggregate marks in Graduation or its equivalent.
• Candidates having valid CAT/MAT/XAT scores are also eligible for admission via personal Interview rounds.
• Candidates who secured an aggregate of 60% marks in Graduation may apply directly via personal interview.

Important dates:

• Test window to close on August 10, 2016.
• Results for test available on the next day of writing the test.
• Result of Scholarship Phase III - before August 4, 2016

Application process:

Candidates can apply either online or offline for LPU NEST both offline and online. Candidates applying offline will have to buy the form from LPU office.

Offline Procedure:

• Forms are available at Campus Offices at the cost of Rs. 900 or a demand draft of the same amount that needs to be submitted in favour of Lovely Professional University payable, Jalandhar.
• Fill the form keeping all the guidelines in mind and fill correct personal details such as email ID so that you receive updates on the correct email ID.
• Stick a recent passport sized photo on your form with your name and address mentioned at the back of the photo.
• Post your form within the timeframe so that they reach before the last date. Following is the address you need to mail your form on:

Online Procedure:

• Navigate to the official website of LPU and click on the ‘Apply’ button.
• Fill the details asked for in application form and get a printout.
• Paste your passport size picture on the form and post it with a demand draft of Rs. 900 in favour of Lovely Professional University payable at Jalandhar.
• Mention your name, Application for LPUNEST-2016 and Programme Applied (MBA) on the back of an envelope.
• Alternatively, candidates can submit application fees through debit/credit card or internet banking as well.
• Save a photocopy of the form for further reference.
