Apply for UG & PG Courses at Symbiosis Centre of Distance Learning Now

Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning (SCDL) has declared open the admission process for various undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma and certificate courses. A candidate who wishes to pursue a distance learning course from SCDL may apply online. The application forms are available on the official website. Candidates may fill the form and register themselves on the SCDL website.

The admission procedure will continue until the month of June and the academic session will start from July 2017. The course fee varies from Rs. 23,000 to Rs. 37,000, depending on the programme in which a student is enrolled.

Along with the other courses, admission to post graduate programmes is also open for all management aspirants.

SCDL offers the following postgraduate diploma programmes in management in distance learning mode:

1. PG Diploma in Business and Corporate Law
2. PG Diploma in Business Administration
3. PG Diploma in Instructional Design
4. PG Diploma in Technical Writing
5. PG Diploma in Export and Import Management
6. PG Diploma in Supply Chain Management
7. PG Diploma in Customer Relationship Management
8. PG Diploma in Retail Management
9. PG Diploma in Insurance Management
10. PG Diploma in Human Resource Management
11. PG Diploma in Banking and Finance
12. PG Diploma in IT Management
13. PG Diploma in International Business
14. PG Diploma in Pre-Primary Teachers Training

Eligibility Criteria:

• The candidate must have completed his/her graduation in any degree course from a recognised university.
• Candidates who are in their final year of graduation may also apply but they need to submit their degree certificate within the specified time.
• The applicant must score minimum cut-off marks in XAT/ ATMA/ MAT/ CAT/ CMAT/ NMAT/ GMAT/ MAH-CET or equivalent management entrance examination at the national or state level in the current year.
• In case if a student hasn't appeared for any of the above tests, he/she will then have to appear in SCDL - PGDBA Entrance Test. Please note that this score is only valid for taking admission in PGDBA (Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics) programme.

Application procedure:

• Students need to create their account and register on the official website by entering the required details like the name, mobile number, email ID, category, educational qualification, etc.
• After successful registration, he/she will get a login ID and password via email. The candidate has to use the given credentials to access the application form.
• No fields in the application form should be left empty. Such forms will be rejected without giving any explanation.
• Application fee can be paid online either through online payment gateway or through debit/credit card.
• The duly filled form must be sent to the address - Symbiosis Bhavan, 1065 B, Gokhale Cross Road, Model Colony, Pune - 411016, Maharashtra.

Necessary documents to be attached:

• All academic documents signed by the authority.
• Attested copy of name change document (if any).
• Attested copies of work experience documents (if any).
• Photo identity proof and two passport size photographs.
• In case the student chooses not to make the payment online, then demand draft in favour of 'The Director, SCDL Pune' payable to SCDL Campus, Pune must also be attached. Students are supposed to mention their name, contact number, registration number, program enrolled on the back side of the DD using ball pen only.
• The application fee cost is Rs. 1500. The candidates may take the offline form from SCDL, Pune office.
