CBSE Launches Portal for Easy Access to Academic Documents Online

Parinam Manjusha, a digital portal for easier access to academic documents online has been launched by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). CBSE in collaboration with NEGD (Digi Locker) has developed the portal. Through this portal, students can access their mark sheets, migration certificates and pass certificates at one click.

CBSE also explained that the documents would contain a QR Code and can be checked through a mobile-based scanning app. The app is available for download on the Parinam Manjusha website. The board further added that employers and educational institutions could also verify the records of applicants through the website.

For this purpose, the employers and institutes must register with Parinam Manjusha and get verified by the board. Employers or institutions will get access to applicants’ certificates or documents only after paying the verification fee online. The applicant will be notified as soon as the documents are sent to the employer.

R.K. Chaturvedi, CBSE Chairman, stated that Parinam Manjusha is a digital repository of academic documents of Class X and Class XII. The documents of regular, private and patrachar schools are available on the portal.

All the regional offices of CBSE will have permission to access academic records through this portal. The regional offices will also have access to update academic records after following the due approval process. Through this portal, duplicate certificates can be printed. The central database on a central server contains the certificates of the students.
