CTET 16th December 2021 Shift 2 New Exam Date Released

Day 1 & Paper 2 exam of CTET 2021 that was scheduled to be conducted from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM on December 16 was canceled due to server issues. Now the examination authority has released the revised schedule for the CTET 2021 16th December Paper-II exam. Latest News: CTET 17th December 2021 Exam Postponed

Many students reported through Twitter that they had waited for almost 1 hour for the exam to start. Around 4:00 PM, the exam center authorities across the country informed test takers that the exam has been cancelled. The reason quoted the exam centre authorities was that the exam was cancelled due to server issues/ technical glitch. In some centres, the test takers started to protest claiming that they had reached the exam centre from a long distance just to know that the exam has been cancelled. No prior information was given by CBSE in this regard. The morning shift exam was conducted without any technical glitch. The issue was only with the Shift 2 (afternoon session) exam. CBSE will soon release a revised exam date for candidates whose exam has been postponed due to server issues on December 16. In some centres, it was reported that the Shift 2 exam started around 2:30 PM. However, the systems went blank around 4:00 PM and a message was displayed that the exam has been cancelled. More details regarding the issue are awaited.

CTET 2021 was held as usual on December 20. Candidates who had downloaded the admit card can attend the exam.
