CTET Application Form Correction 2026 Open
The CTET 2026 application form correction window is now open on ctet.nic.in and will remain active till December 26. Candidates can edit permitted details before the admit cards are issued.
CTET 2026 Application Form Correction: The correction window of the CTET 2026 application form has been opened from today. Candidates can now edit/modify their details in the CTET 2026 application form. The correction facility helps the candidates to make corrections in their forms after submission by logging on to the official website ctet.nic.in , until December 26, 2025 . No further corrections shall be permitted after the deadline.
Candidates are permitted to make corrections to certain information, like personal details, paper selection, subject options, or exam centre choice, during the correction window. It is to be noted that fields such as registered mobile number and email ID will not be editable as per the guidelines of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). This correction facility is for ensuring the correction of all information entered in the form before the admit card is generated or printed, and can save the time of the candidate during the exam/ admission process.

Candidates can modify only selected fields during the correction window, while some details remain permanently locked.

Documents Required for CTET 2026 Application Form Corrections
Candidates may need the following documents to support certain changes during the correction process.

Aadhaar card or a valid ID proof for personal details corrections

Birth certificate or SSC certificate for date of birth changes

Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC) for category modification

PwD certificate for disability-related changes

Mark sheets of Class 10, 12, and Graduation for academic corrections
- Correct photograph and signature files as per NCTE specifications
With the closure of the correction window on December 26, NCTE will release the CTET 2026 Admit Card, and after that, the official examination will be held. Aspirants are advised to keep visiting the NCTE website for further updates related to the date of the exam, release of the hall ticket, and other important instructions for the day of the examination.
