DU Postpones Registration Dates for PG, MPhil & Ph.D. Courses to June 12
- Registration schedule for Ph.D., MPhil and post-graduate programmes has been pushed back to June 12.
- Applications for the academic year 2017 will be done completely online.
- DU has started admission to its School of Open Learning.
The registration schedule for Ph.D., MPhil and other post-graduate programmes has been pushed back yet again. The registration process for these courses will now commence from June 12, 2017.
DU has postponed the registration schedule for these programmes third time in a row for this academic year. Initially, the registration for the programmes mentioned above was supposed to start from May 31. It was later postponed to June 6 and then to June 7, 2017.
The University of Delhi has also announced that the registration and admission process for the academic year 2017 will be done completely online.
Application procedure for Delhi University’s undergraduate programmes is still under way and various students have registered for the merit-based programmes already. DU aspirants awaiting the first cut-off will be able to see the outcomes for merit-based UG courses on June 20, 2017.

The university is yet to announce the registration dates for entrance based undergraduate programmes. Admission to nine of the UG programmes at DU i.e. up to 1600 seats will be filled on the basis of entrance exams.
DU Admission season is in full swing and the university has also announced the dates of the ECA Trials for the session 2017. Students willing to take admission under Extra Co-Curricular Quota (ECA) quota will have to appear for the trials starting from June 17.
