It was time for the final year students of ETC department,Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering , to bid goodbye to their college life. The farewell bash, which was organised recently on the college premises, was full of fun and nostalgia. Partying with their friends one last time, youngsters experienced a gamut of emotions.
Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering (YCCE) is an Autonomous engineering college under the University of Nagpur, India. It is located in Nagpur city in Hingna (WannaDongri). The college was established in 1984. It is named after Yashwantrao Chavan, first Chief Minister of Maharashtra state, the past Deputy Prime Minister of India. The principal is Dr. U.P. Waghe. The college got the autonomous status in 2010 making it the first college in the 85 years history of University of Nagpur to get autonomy. The college is run by Nagar Yuwak Shikshan Sanstha of Meghe Group.
While outstation students were sad to leave the city, many seemed excited to join the companies they have been placed in through campus recruitment. Girls and boys didn't forget to click numerous selfies and group snaps, which were instantly updated on their social media accounts. To add some more fun to the bash, various games were organised wherein seniors and juniors enthusiastically participated. Later, a leg-pulling session not only evoked plenty of laughter but also proved to be a catalyst in making the bond stronger between the juniors and seniors.
