Free WiFi for students : Patna Medical College

The Patna Medical College and Hospital – Patna have decided to make the campus of the college and the hospital fully equipped with the Wi-Fi facilities.

The campus would become lashed with the Wi-Fi facility by the last week of April 2016. The step by the college administration is being seen as a very welcome step for the people who frequent the college and the hospital premises, which primarily includes the students, the resident doctors.

The college administration had organized a meeting with the officials of Reliance Company in the last week in the same regard. The meeting resulted in the directions of setting up of Wi-Fi facilities in the last 2nd week of April 2016.

The Principal of the Patna Medical College has informed that a deal has been done with the Reliance Company and the work for setting up of the Wi-Fi has already been started. The cables for the connection has been put from the Patna Medical College, Gate no – 1 to the Child health department of the college campus. The cables have been put underground in the college.

The service is free for the students of the Patna Medical College students and the doctors of the Patna Medical College and Hospital.
