HSTES Polytechnic 2026 application process for Diploma Engineering admissions will close today, May 18, at 11:59 PM. Registered candidates should prepare for the counselling process, as Round 1 choice filling will begin from May 21, 2026.
HSTES Polytechnic 2026:The Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) is going to close its admission application for Polytechnic Diploma (Engineering) admissions 2026 on May 18, 2026. Those candidates who haven’t registered themselves till now will be able to fill out their admission application form online through the official admission portal before 11:59 PM.
Those candidates who have applied for admission into the Diploma Engineering course programs that are provided by government, aided-government, and private polytechnics in Haryana must complete registration, fee payment, and document upload by today. The admissions process is being done online through counselling on the basis of merit.

Documents Necessary for the Application of HSTES Polytechnic 2026
The applicants willing to apply for HSTES diploma engineering admissions 2026 have to make the following documents handy before filling out the application form online:
- 10th marks card and pass certificate
- Valid photo ID (Aadhar Card)
- Resident/Domicile of Haryana Certificate
- Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP ID mandatory for Haryana candidates)
- SC/BC/EWS/ESM/FF Category Certificate, etc.
- Income certificate for reserved categories/TFW quota candidates
- Passport-sized photograph
- Scanned copy Signature
- Character certificate
- Migration certificate, if needed
- ITI certificate and mark cards (for Lateral Entry candidates)
Note:Haryana state candidates need to ensure their PPP information is up to date, since personal data will be auto-fetched at the time of registration.
