IIM Amritsar to Host HR Conclave on September 8th, 2016
IIM Amritsar to organise HR coclave on ‘Contemporary HR: Fostering Organisational innovation and Creativity’.
‘Yukti’ the maiden HR enclave will be organised by IIM-Amritsar on September 8th in the city. IIM Amritsar is also the 15th Indian Institute of Management set up the Ministry of Human Resources Development.
The conclave will revolve around the theme ‘Contemporary HR: Fostering Organisational innovation and Creativity’.

The conclave will give an opportunity to various speakers to stand on stage and discuss about the recent developments in their respective fields also, the conclave aims at bringing together various people from the industry and academia to come forward and new happenings and practices in the field of business.
The conclave also aims at appreciating the power of HR and how it helps a company achieving growth. As a part of the event, IIM Amritsar will also host many HR Managers prominent in the industry and have the required skills, experience and expertise of the field they work in.

- Some of the eminent speakers of the evening will be:
- Biju Sabastian — Apollo Tyres (HR head),
- Bijender Vats — MSD India (HR director),
- Sharad Verma — Polaris (HR head),
- Ajay Bhatia — Innodata INC (HR head, global)
Speakers will be divided to three panels consisting of 3-4 speakers each and a discussion will then be held for 90-100 minutes.
