IIM Bangalore to Organise Women Leadership Summit on January 13
- Women in Management Club (WIM) of IIM Bangalore will organise ‘Women Leadership Summit’ on January 13, 2018.
- ‘Redefining Power for a Near Tomorrow’ is the theme of the summit.
IIM Bangalore’s Women in Management Club (WIM) will organise ‘Women Leadership Summit’ on January 13, 2018. The theme of the 4th edition of the summit is ‘Redefining Power for a Near Tomorrow’. During the summit, discussions will take place on diversity issues prevalent to both women and men. Former CEO and MD of Britannia Industries, Vinita Bali will be the Chief Guest of the leadership summit.

Women Leadership Summit will comprise of panel discussions and keynote speeches. The keynote speakers for the fourth edition of leadership summit are: -
- CEO of Saatchi and Saatchi Focus Network, Malavika Haritha
- Co-Founder of HeyMath, Nirmala Sankaran
The keynote speeches will be followed by a panel discussion on ‘Networking and Self Promotion – Women Need to Do More’. Professor Dalhia Mani of NS Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurship and Learning (NSRCEL) will moderate the panel discussion. The following professionals and experts will participate in the panel discussion to express their views and ideas on the theme: -
- Director of Cerebral Consultancy, Lakshmi Ishwar
- Founder and CEO of Saahas Zero Waste, Wilma Rodrigues
- CEO and Co-Founder of SP Robotic Works, Sneha Priya
The panel members will discuss the reasons for women reluctance in moving forward with the career.
