IIT Bombay's ‘Eureka 2017 - Business Model Making Competition’ Registrations Open

‘Eureka’ is a popular internal business competition conducted by Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell) of Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay which plays a significant role in providing an opportunity to start-ups to incubate and flourish while achieving their objectives.
IIT Bombay has initiated the registration process for ‘Eureka 2017’. Interested participants with innovative business ideas can register through the official website of E-Cell (IIT Bombay). The winners of ‘Eureka 2017’ will get prize money worth Rs. 5 million along with direct entry into Wharton India Start-up Challenge organised by Wharton India Economic Forum. It will also open up networking opportunities for participants in India, Silicon Valley and all over the world.

The most exciting part of ‘Eureka 2017’ is that the top 80 semi-finalists will get full access to a specialised Start-Up course which is administered by the professors of Entrepreneurship at INSEAD Business School. Interestingly, the professors have also almost raised $1 billion dollars of funding.
‘Eureka’ boasts of itself while offering a 360-degree holistic experience in five months. Interested participants with a convincing idea can pursue it and compete for prize money in the form of funding and extended support from experts of the industry.

IIT Bombay launched “Eureka’ 17 years ago that witnessed participation from a total of 50 teams in the first year. Now, after growing bigger and bigger, getting wide reach, it has been receiving more than 8,800 entries on an average.
