Increase in Vocational course seats wait for green signal : Patna University

The Patna University had announced the expansion of the intake capacity in all its vocational courses, in the last month. The university administration in the senate meeting had decided that the 15 seats each would be increased in all its vocational courses across the colleges of the Patna University. Also, the expansion had been scheduled to be done in the coming session of 2016-17.

The Patna University senate meeting had decided upon the increment in the seats for the welfare of the students of the state.

The University is now waiting for the final nod of the state government’s education department for the implementation of the decision taken by the senate.

The forms for the application to the different courses have been scheduled to be started in the month of May 2016. The application to the courses would end in the month of June 2016.

The application starts from 2nd May 2016 and ends on 4th June 2016. It is noteworthy that the Patna University is one of the premier universities of the Bihar state and is considered to be a point of attraction when it comes to vocational courses.

The colleges of the university have a considerable number of applicants each year, and the number of seats is far less than the number of applicants.
