Jamia Millia Islamia Introduces Four PG Courses
Jamia Milia Islamia has not only introduced 4 PG courses but also restarted courses in Uzbek, Pashto and Persian language from the current academic year.
The centralised University ofJamia Milia Islamia, New Delhihas introduced 4 new courses out of which, 2 are Masters Courses for Postgraduate (PG) level studies from the academic session of 2019-2020. The university has also increased the intake capacity of M.Tech Mechanical Engineering stream by 12 seats from previous 18 seats to 30 at present.
The newly introduced master's courses in JMI are, Master of Science (M.Sc) inBanking and Financial Analyticsin the Department of Economics with an intake capacity of 40 students and Master of Technology (M.Tech) inEnvironmental Science and Engineeringprogramme in conjunction with the existing part-time programme with an intake of 12 students.
JMI has also introduced a PG (Postgraduate) Diploma in Molecular Diagnostics (PGMD-Self Financed) under the Multidisciplinary Centre for Research and Studies which has an intake of 30 students and Advanced Diploma in Turkish Language (part-time course) in the MMAJ Academy of International Studies with an intake capacity of 20.
Four courses that have been recovered are, Advanced Diploma in Pashto with an intake of 10 and an Advanced Diploma in ModernPersian, both under the Department of Persian with an intake capacity of 20, Diploma program in Uzbek language in the MMAJ Academy of International Studies with an intake of 10 and a Certificate course in Uzbek language in the MMAJ Academy of International Studies with an intake of 20 students.

The application in these courses can be done online by filling the offline form at the official website of JMI, offline forms are also available from the University office.
