The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will conduct document verification for admission to medical, dental, and AYUSH programmes. Document verification is necessary for candidates from Karnataka. All original documents, including the NEET UG 2021 application form, verification slip, NEET 2021 Score Card, and any valid identification documents such as a driver licence, voter ID card, passport, PAN card, or Aadhar card, are required. Candidates must present all original documents and undergo document verification based solely on their All India Ranking. Candidates must be personally present for document verification according to the schedule mentioned below, and no one else may represent them. Due to the Weekend Lockdown issued by the Government of Karnataka on 8th & 9th January 2022, the NEET UG 2021 document verification scheduled for 8th January 2022 has been rescheduled and will now take place on 14th January 2022. Candidates who were supposed to go to document verification on January 8, 2022, shall go for the same on January 14th, in Bangalore centre. For other rounds, document verification will take place according to the published dates.
