LU outpost in charge Arvind Kumar told reporters that the boy Shivam was caught during the checking drive of the students, he was on his motorcycle when officials stopped him and on frisking, a country-made revolver was found.
In another incident, two girls lodged an FIR against four students Vidyant Singh, Alok Singh, Shubham Singh and Jayant Patel for allegedly assaulting their friend Anubhav Tiwari, a student of an associated college.
