The celebrations commenced with a prayer song and welcome day followed by the college annual report delivered by college vice principal, Dr.Alluri Subramanyam.
College vice-principal said, “The college is known for its excellence and placement percentage in Guntur district.” He mentioned that 60 students of the college got selected in campus placements in the academic year 2015-2016. He congratulated the students who got selected in campus placements and the students who brought laurels to the college by participating in various competitions.
Addressing the students, chief guest, Dr.Rama Krishna said, “Students have to develop self-confidence and courage to face all hard ships in life”. Later prizes were distributed to the meritorious students and winners of literary competitions.
Later students performed various cultural programs and enthralled the audience with their dazzling performances. On this occasion, the junior students bid a grand Farwell to the outgoing senior students of the college.
