The exam was conducted in the month of October. The board conducts SSC and HSC examinations every year. The exams are held in March and the result for the same is declared in June. The candidates who did not qualify the regular examination appeared for the supplementary exam.
The exams are conducted throughout the state of Maharashtra, and the students studying in the government-run high schools are required to give this examination for further secondary education. The students will be short-listed on the basis of merit.
