Nancy D’souza, an HR Professional, said that nowadays students are selective in opting courses. They feel that MBA does not lead to better placements. The competition for jobs in engineering and MBA is cut-throat. There are fewer placement offers in B.Arch, but chances of getting placed are high.

The demand for engineering courses and employment opportunities is expected to increase in future as the government of India is taking steps and various initiatives like ‘Make in India’ and ‘Smart City Projects’.
