NTA has started the NCET 2026 application form correction, and you will be able to correct the required details till March 14, 2026. In order to access the application form correction window, you will have to log in using your application number and password. Note that you will only be able to correct a certain number of details in the application form, such as your name, parents’ names, qualification details, dob, gender, category, etc.

Below mentioned are the important instructions for the NCET application form correction:-
You will be allowed to correct details like your name/ mother’s name/ father’s name, class 10 and class 12 details, date of birth and gender, category and sub-category, exam city preferences, university/programme selection.
The details that you aren’t allowed to modify include mobile number, email address, permanent & present address, photograph, and signature.
This is a final opportunity. Once you submit the changes and the window closes, no further requests for corrections (via email or post) will be entertained.
While many corrections are free, changes in Category (e.g., from SC/ST to General) or adding more Test Papers may require you to pay an additional balance fee. The correction will only be saved after the successful payment.
If a change results in a lower application fee (e.g., General to SC/ST), the NTA will not refund the difference.
Ensure that any updated data matches your original certificates, as discrepancies found during counselling can lead to disqualification.
