The National Board of Examination recently released a notice, directing all candidates who appeared for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for PG or NEET PG 2020 to refrain from posting or spreading any of the contents from the exam publically.

As per the notice, during the registration process, the candidates had signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which prohibits the candidates from disclosing any information pertaining to the exam. The notice further stated that all the candidates who had attempted the exam will be governed under the NDA signed by them.

The NDA states that NEET-PG 2020 is a proprietary exam which is conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE). As per the NDA, all information and contents of the exam are ”confidential, proprietary and are the property of NBE. Therefore, all candidates are prohibited from disclosing any information, whether whole or in part, regarding the exam through any means, i.e. verbal, written, electronic or mechanical. Candidates are not allowed to share any information regarding the exam for any reason with anyone, which includes their friends, associates or other third parties. The NDA further added that no information should be shared on any online platform, including social media platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Hangouts, SMS and others, by using “either their own account or a proxy account”.

Stating from the NDA, NBE has warned all candidates from violating the agreement, as violations will lead to registration under the Unfair Means Case. Therefore, all NEET-PG 2020 candidates are advised to refrain from spreading any information regarding the examination, whether in parts or complete. Candidates must adhere to the NDA, as violators may face harsh repercussions.

NEET PG 2020, is one of the few entrance tests that are conducted for admissions to the various PG medical courses such as MD, MS and PG Diploma courses in India. However, candidates will also be able to attempt other medical entrance exams in India, to pursue a PG medical course.
