Full Times 2. Part Time 3. Internal and 4. External Ph.D.
The candidates for Ph.D. Programmes may be offered admission, based on certain minimum academic requirements like -
• The maximum age for admission to Ph.D. Programmes is 50 years.
• Candidates shall be required to have passed the four-year regular full time B.E./B. Tech. Degree in an appropriate branch with minimum 60% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination. For SC/ST candidates 55% marks.
• Candidates under lateral entry should have passed the three year diploma in engineering with minimum 60% marks [For SC/ST candidate’s 55% marks.
