Candidates will be able to fill the SAMS +2 form till June 20, 2023. - Click the "Higher Secondary School (+2)" option on the home page.
- Click the "New Registration" Tab and click the link.
- There, provide your email address and phone number.
- Then, to receive an OTP, click the submit button.
- The following page requires an OTP sent to your mobile device.
- Then, click the submit button. It is important that you correctly enter the security code and create a safe password.
- A password and registration number will be automatically sent to your mobile device.
- Enter your Registration No. or Mobile No. and Password on the login screen.
- The next page is your Dashboard.
- Choose the CAF option.
- To submit the Common application form, upload a photograph and click the submit button.
- Print a copy of the confirmation page after payment.
