The Special OTET 2022 Exam has been concluded successfully on August 29, 2022. The exam was held in two sessions i.e, Paper 1 will be conducted from 8 AM to 10:30 AM and Paper 2 will be conducted from 12 PM to 2:30 PM. The SOTET Paper 1 is for Classes 1 to 5 and Paper 2 is for Classes 6 to 8 for in-service teacher aspirants. Students must note that candidates will be given 1 mark for each correct answer and there will be no deduction for incorrect response. The exam duration of both Paper 1 and 2 is 150 minutes. The question paper comprised of total 150 MCQ (Multiple-Choice Questions) asked in Odia and English languages.

The official OTET notification states “Special OTET, 2022 is applicable to all in-service teacher candidates who possess requisite academic and training qualifications with requisite percentage of marks and to all such in-service teacher candidates pursuing the final year of the teacher training courses before the date of publication of this advertisement for conducting Special OTET, 2022,”
